Location: Milton Keynes – based in office 2 days a week (hybrid)

The Role
The Product Marketing Lead role is a hands-on, individual-contributor position, focused on leading product marketing delivery across proposition, messaging, and launches, while working closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
You will play a key role in shaping what goes to market and how it is understood. All insight and direction is delivered ‘execution-ready’, enhancing the GTM inbound, outbound and customer success quality, contributing to their commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities
Proposition & Positioning
Lead the development and ongoing refinement of WorkBuzz’s core value proposition, in partnership with Product, Engineering, and GTM stakeholders
Define clear, differentiated positioning across products and segments
Maintain the messaging hierarchy targeted through all channels and ICPs, ensuring consistency of messaging application across all teams and touchpoints
Act as a key contributor and point of reference for proposition and messaging
Product Narrative Across the Funnel
Shape and document how the product is communicated across Top / Mid / Bottom of funnel
Ensure a coherent story from first interaction through to sales conversations
Product <> Market Translation
Translate product features, roadmap, service wrap and pricing into customer-centric value propositions, supporting the rollout and application of the WorkBuzz customer maturity model and the ‘WorkBuzz Way’
Package capabilities into clear use cases and commercial narratives
Work closely with Product to provide customer and market input that informs roadmap direction
GTM Briefing & Enablement
Create clear, actionable GTM briefs for campaigns, product launches and new ICP or segment focus
Equip Demand Generation and GTM teams with messaging, angles, and inputs to support campaign and pipeline delivery
Develop and maintain marketing, sales and account management enablement materials
Product Launches
Lead the development of messaging and narrative for product launches and feature releases, working in partnership with the GTM Lead
Partner with Customer Experience on building adoption across the existing customer base and improving retention
Ensure launch materials are execution-ready for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Customer & Market Insight
Maintain and communicate a contemporary view of competition, key competitor momentum, competitive positioning and WorkBuzz differentiation
Gather and synthesise feedback from Sales and Customer Success
Feed structured insights back into Product to inform prioritisation and product development
Key Requirements/ About You
3 to 5 years’ proven experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS - experience in HR Tech or employee experience platforms is a bonus
Strong experience developing and executing positioning, messaging, and value propositions
Experience in multi-ICP or multi-product environments is desirable, as is supporting product launches in a scaling business
Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience working closely with Product, Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing
Clear communicator and storyteller, able to translate complex products into concise, compelling narratives
Commercially minded, with a solid understanding of sales cycles and buyer behaviour
Proficient in using AI models to improve productivity and quality of output
Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where everyone both plans and delivers
